Administration

Our Administration Department provides administrative and technical support in the areas of budgetary, strategic planning, legal affairs and security.

Finance Group: they ensure that IBiSA complies with all applicable rules and regulations from the government. 

Strategic Planning
Section: The Strategic Planning Section oversees the Annual Strategy and Multi-Annual Work Programs and helps coordinate the preparation of the Annual Activity Report. Furthermore, it also coordinates and monitors the implementation of risk management and internal control.

Legal Affairs
Section: The Section is responsible for drafting and managing arrangements between the IBiSA and its clients. It also deals with contractual matters with the Centre’s suppliers and service providers and acts as a legal adviser to the IBiSA management.

Facilities and
Security Section: The Facilities and Security Section ensures that the IBiSA staff, data, buildings, and equipment are adequately protected against any security risks and that health and safety rules are abided by. The Section manages the movable and immovable property and is responsible for coordinating business continuity in the rare event of major disruption to the IBiSA operations.
