Instituto Biba Saludabel y Activo (IBiSA) is a government organization.
The objectives of IBiSA are achieved by coordinating, assisting and implementing sports projects such as;
- road running races
- long-walks
- community sport events
- interscholastic and inter-island competitions
- lectures on sport and health promotion
